| Wedding Music |
|
Are you having a wedding in Victoria and would like to hire a string quartet for your ceremony? We can also arrange for a trio, duo or fiddle music if you prefer something a little less formal.

| Prelude |
| We begin playing about 20 minutes prior to the ceremony, setting the stage as guests arrive. Unless you have specific requests, we play appropriate selections from our repertoire. |
| Processional |
| Music announces the arrival of the bride and bridal party. |
| Signing the Register |
| Signing the register may take some time. If the signing occurs during the ceremony, you may want to have one or two selections of music played. |
| Recessional |
| Joyous music as the bride and groom recede down the isle. |
| Postlude |
| Immediately following the recessional, music accompanies the guests as they congratulate the bride and groom. |
| Rates and Payment |
| Attire: Musicians wear black, formal attire Rates: $100 per musician per hour Wedding rehearsal fee: $50 per musician Travel: $20 per musician for travel to weddings in Shawnigan Lake, Metchosin or Sooke Payment: Due in full prior to beginning of service Cheques: Please make cheques payable to Miriam Sonstenes |
